Business Visa Document Lists

Last updated:2026-09-21

This page consolidates what used to be five separate document-list pages into one reference. The underlying material is unchanged — it comes from the same country records as the business visa reference, and every row keeps its official source link. The five old pages still resolve, but they are marked noindex so that this consolidated page is the one that gets indexed.

Why consolidated

Five near-identical pages, each differing only in the country name and a handful of list items, are worth less than one page that a reader can actually compare across countries. Reviewing a document list is inherently a comparison task — "does Germany need translations? does the US need an interview?" — so the comparison belongs on one page.

👥 About this site

Project nature

Content Methodology

Visa policies may be adjusted at any time, and the information on any page may be out of date. Please be sure to refer to the latest announcements from official agencies before traveling.

🛠️ Tool introduction

Different from the official system of embassies and consulates, this tool focuses on quantitative calculation of visa stay days — enter entry and exit history records to automatically calculate the compliance status, remaining quota and plan verification results under dual quotas (180-day cycle/365-day cycle).

Core functions

📐 Algorithm Caliber

This site uses the fixed-period system: take the first entry date as the starting point of the cycle. The 180-day cycle is ≤90 days, and the 365-day cycle is ≤180 days. The quota is automatically reset at the end of the cycle. Different countries/visa types may adopt different calibers (rolling window, natural year, etc.), please refer to Rule description and Comparison of rules across countries.

📊 Data source description

The rules follow common visa stay-limit policies. Data sources include: official websites of embassies and consulates of various countries in China, announcements from visa centers, and China Consular Service Network (cs.mfa.gov.cn). For specific travel decisions, please refer to the official agency.
