🛂 Visa stay time calculator

Free to use: the visa stay quota calculator helps you quickly determine how long you can stay, the day you must leave the country, and whether you have already exceeded your limit.

This site uses the fixed-period system: the date of first entry is the starting point of each cycle, your total stay must not exceed 90 days in any 180-day period, nor 180 days in any 365-day period. The quota automatically resets at the end of each cycle.

Just enter the historical entry and exit records to automatically calculate: today's status (number of days used in the two cycles and remaining quota), any date query (whether the historical or future day is compliant), plan verification (the latest legal departure date corresponding to the intended entry date), and the full-year calendar (see at a glance which travel dates are compliant or overdue).

All trip data is only saved locally in your browser and will not be uploaded to any server. Accurately calculating your stay is essential to travel planning. Overstaying may result in fines and entry restrictions. Please refer to the official authority before traveling.

📚 Practical Scenario Guide

Calculation cases and planning methods based on real travel scenarios will help you make clear use of the 90/180 and 365/180 double quotas:

📘 About 90/180 and 365/180 double limits

This tool uses the fixed-period system: starting from the date of first entry, time is divided into consecutive fixed periods. In each 180-day period, the total stay must not exceed 90 days; in each 365-day period, it must not exceed 180 days. Each period is calculated independently, and the limit automatically resets when it ends.

This is different from the "rolling window" commonly used in the Schengen area (no more than 90 days in any consecutive 180 days). The fixed-period system is common in some long-term visas or documents that are managed in stages according to the visa period. Before starting the calculation, please confirm which caliber your visa belongs to. For details, see Rule description and Comparison of rules across countries.

If you are only subject to the 180-day/90-day individual limit, you can also judge based on the first limit after entering the itinerary; the 365-day/180-day annual limit will be prompted separately when it is exceeded. For those who travel continuously to multiple countries and have long-term business trips, it is recommended that all entry and exit records be entered completely to ensure accurate results.
