The materials required for different visa types and application methods vary greatly: face-to-face visas require originals and more supporting documents, electronic visas usually only require scanned copies, and visa-free ones only require passports and air tickets. You only need to select the scene, and the tool will list the complete material items and lets you check items off to match your situation.
The materials covered by the list include: passports and photos, visa application forms, employment certificates, business licenses, invitation letters, itineraries, bank statements, air tickets and hotel orders, medical insurance and other common requirements for visa processing. - Select visa type: Choose business visa, exhibition visa or overseas work visa according to the purpose of travel
- Choose processing method: Face-to-face visa at the Embassy (applicable to most countries), electronic visa (such as India, Vietnam, Türkiye), visa-free (such as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore)
- Check to adjust: Check or cancel the material items according to your own situation. Some materials (such as real estate certificate, marriage certificate) are optional extras.
